Who you’ll be working with

Hi, I’m Lizzie

I spent 25 years assuming I was just kind of shit at stuff. I was “very bright” but never “lived up to my potential”. I dropped out of uni and never stuck at a hobby, and whatever I tried, I was just waiting to be found out.

At 25, I was diagnosed with ADHD. Everything made sense, but nothing was any easier. I was prescribed medication and sent on my way, and nobody told me what to do next.

Figuring it out alone was hard. It took years of trial and error to learn how my brain actually works, and to stop being at war with it.

That’s why I do this work. Whether you’re at the start of that journey or stuck somewhere in the middle, you don’t have to figure out the next step on your own.
