12 WEEKS TO UNDERSTAND YOUR BRAIN

A structured space to learn and understand how your ADHD brain actually works, to learn what drives you, and figure out how to work with your own mind.

Who It’s For

•You’re trying to make sense of an ADHD diagnosis, or an expected one.
Formal diagnosis or not, you’ve always known your brain works differently.

•You don’t entirely know what this diagnosis means for you
You have the letter, but you don’t really know what it means for you, your life, your relationships, your work, or your sense of who you are.

•You’ve been surviving with pure willpower and workarounds for years, and you’re exhausted.
Pushing harder, just trying harder used to get you through, and now it barely gets you through the day.

•You’ve tried every system going.
Books, planners, apps, morning routines, time-blocking, habit trackers, the list goes on and on. Each one worked for a week or two, before the chaos came crashing back in.

•You’re beginning to wonder whether anything will ever stick, or if the problem is you.

•You look like you’re coping from outside, but you’re fighting fires non-stop in your head.
You hold down the job, you turn up (mostly on time), you keep some of the plates spinning, and nobody sees how much it costs you.

•You’re done surviving.
You want to understand your brain and build a life that actually fits it, not just find another way to force yourself through the day.

The problem was never you. Every system, every life hack that you’ve tried was built for a brain that is not yours.

This programme is entirely one-to-one. Your brain isn’t a textbook case, and you don’t need some generic advice, a group, or another course designed for the ‘average ADHDer’. You need someone trained in ADHD to help you figure out what works with your brain specifically. Who understands how it thinks, what drains it, and what lights it up. You need someone whose aim is to help you understand and accept who you are, not to fix you.

My job is to help you figure out exactly how your brain works, what it needs to function, and what actually motivates it. Then you can stop surviving, and start building a life that fits you, instead of fitting your life around everyone else.

What’s Included

3 x 1-hour coaching calls per month
We meet the first three weeks of each month, one session per week, keeping the fourth week as your integration week.

Curriculum Resources
Each week you’ll receive a short resource connected to what we’re exploring. Each week you'll get resources or exercises connected to what we're exploring, yours to come back to whenever you need.

Unlimited between session support via email or WhatsApp
Life happens between calls. You can reach me when something comes up, whether you’re proud of an achievement or having a difficult day, or just have a question that won’t wait the week. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays

An integration week every month
The fourth week of every month is yours, without calls or new content. This is time to reflect on, and absorb what we've covered, and practise living it in your everyday life. I'm still available on email and WhatsApp throughout. In our next session we look at what went well and coach on that, so you're building on your wins, instead of just working through your struggles.

Accountability
You get regular check-ins and a coach in your corner, so you actually follow through on what matters to you. Every time you do, you collect a little more evidence that you can trust yourself, and that self-trust is what makes the next step easier. If you drop something, we get curious about why instead of adding it to the pile of things to feel bad about.

Time Commitment

This programme runs for 3 months. Together we explore what makes your brain work (and what stops it in its tracks!)

We’ll meet the first 3 weeks of the month, and then the final week will be an integration week - time to look at what you’ve done and integrate your learnings into your life.

Each week you can expect to commit around two hours - one hour for the call itself, and 1 for exercises, resources, or reflection.

Investment

£1575 for three months or £550 per month

If you complete this programme and want to continue into deeper, more transformational work, the six-month programme is the natural next step. Having this foundation in place means the deeper work moves faster and goes further.

If cost is a barrier, reach out - we’ll have an honest conversation about what’s possible

This programme is a structured, curriculum-led three months. Unlike my six-month programme - which is entirely bespoke and built around you - this one has a clear arc. We start at the beginning and move through it together.

Month 1 - we explore the brain. Why your brain works the way it does. The experience of ADHD, and everything that sits beneath the diagnostic criteria that you were never told about. We explore the emotionality, the sensitivity, the time blindness, the shame and the grief of understanding yourself differently for the first time. We also explore the science behind it - we look at the neuroscience, the hormones, the nervous system and the structural differences in an ADHD brain that can make things so much harder. If you’ve ever assumed that you’re lazy, unreliable, or too much, just know that these were built on missing information. We’ll fill in those gaps this month.

Month 2 - We explore the physical experiences of ADHD. What does rest actually look like for your brain? We both know that lying on the sofa scrolling endlessly is not it. We look at what your energy actually looks like, we explore you sensory needs (whether you’ve been ignoring, suppressing, or apologising for them your whole life). We look at what your nervous system actually needs in order to feel regulated, instead of living life teetering on the edge of overwhelm.

Month 3 - We explore action. This is where things truly start to move. Not through systems but through experiments. We’re not gonna keep on relying on sheer willpower, and instead we’ll learn what it is that actually motivates your specific brain. We’re not just working on sheer willpower, and instead we build a kind of scaffolding that ensures you don’t have to rely on willpower at all. We explore what self compassion actually means in practice, not as a soft concept, but instead as the thing that makes change possible without shame driving the bus.

What to Expect

As we work together, I see the same patterns over and over again in my clients. They stop describing themselves as lazy pieces of shit, unreliable, or just broken. They understand what actually replenishes their energy, and start making decisions based on that. They have language to relate their experience with their loved ones. They recognise the emotional signals before they become reactions. They know what it feels like to keep a promise to themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Story

I spent 25 years assuming I was just kind of shit at stuff.

For most of my life, I thought I was the problem. Too lazy to get schoolwork done on time, when everybody around me found it easy, or at least possible. I’d try and start but it never worked. I “just needed to apply myself more”. I never finished a story, and nobody seemed able to follow my train of thought. I dropped out of uni after missing so many classes and assignments that it probably would have taken me another twenty-odd years to graduate. I never managed to stick to a hobby.

Over and over I was told that I was “very bright”, but really should work harder to “live up to my potential”. I eventually accepted that it was all just a personality flaw, and I’d never really amount to anything. Whatever I tried, I was just waiting to be found out.

At 25, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I was relieved, I grieved, and I was a little angry (maybe more than a little) that nobody had noticed it sooner. Everything made sense, but nothing was any easier. I was prescribed medication and sent off on my way. Nobody told me what I was supposed to do next.

Figuring it out alone was hard. Several therapists, a lot of books, a lot of trial and even more error later, I realised that the answer was never finding the right system, or strategy, or easy 10-step routine. It was understanding how my brain worked. Why sitting in front of the TV never left me feeling rested, why I froze the minute I was about to start doing the things I actually wanted to do, why I’d spent most of my life being so damn mean to myself.

Now I know that to feel rested, I need to feel connection. Jumping in water, going to loud gigs, and spending time in community are where I restore my energy. If I want to get started on things, there’s a whole bunch of conditions that my brain needs me to meet. I learned that beating myself up was the only motivator I had. I have better ones now.

The thing that changed was learning how my brain works.

I still have ADHD. I still struggle to get started sometimes, I still lose routines that have supported me and take time to figure out new ones. I still can’t get to the end of a story without a small novel’s worth of tangents. I’m just not at war with my brain anymore. I work with it.

This is why I became a coach, why I trained with ADDCA, one of the world’s leading ADHD coach training organisations, and why I keep learning and developing. This is why I do this work. In all the years I’ve been coaching I’ve seen the same patterns over and again: brilliant, capable people who have spent years believing that something was fundamentally wrong with them, when the thing that they were actually missing was information.

This programme is the exact manual I wish I’d been handed with my diagnosis. Let it be the hand that pulls you out of the confusion, to a place where you can confidently say I understand why I am the way I am.
