GET UNSTUCK, FOR REAL
A collaborative, compassionate space to untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can build systems that feel like you, and finally start living with more trust, clarity, and self-acceptance.
Who It’s For
•You’ve read the books, tried the systems, you’ve picked up and dropped a dozen new habits, hacks, and tricks
And yet the chaos keeps creeping back in.
• You’ve been living in your patterns for years
You know they don’t work, and you want to break free but have no idea how
•You’re smart, self-aware, and so committed to doing better. You’re also exhausted
You feel like nothing sticks, and you’re afraid that nothing ever will.
•You want clarity, consistency, and confidence
Not just in your to-do list, but in yourself.
•You’re not here for surface-level tips
You want lasting change that actually works for you.
This is for you if you are ready to break free from the cycle of self-doubt, frustration, and feeling stuck. If you’ve spent years wondering what’s wrong with you, constantly fighting procrastination, feeling unreliable, or struggling to find systems that actually work, this is for you. If it feels like you’ve tried everything, but still feel like something is missing, it’s time to address not just the symptoms, but the deep-rooted patterns that have been holding you back.
This is also for you if your life, your career, your relationship looks fine from the outside, maybe even impressive, but you're spending every ounce of energy keeping up the performance. You're successful and you're exhausted, and you're starting to worry that the scaffolding is about to collapse.
If you're there but not really there, if your partner or kids get the depleted, masked version of you, the one who's already spent everything just getting through the day, and you know that has to change.
This is for you if you’re finally ready to stop feeling like you're running in circles and start building a life where you’re in control, where your ADHD becomes part of your story, not the thing that defines it.
If you’ve been looking for transformation, not perfection, and you’re committed to doing the inner work that will get you there, this is your space. It’s time to rediscover the powerful, capable version of you that’s been waiting to come through all along.
What’s Included
4 x 1-hour coaching calls per month
We meet the same time each week, building a little consistency and routine. This is your space to land, and bring whatever’s come up through the week as we build towards your goals
Unlimited between session support via email or WhatsApp
Life happens between calls. You can reach me when something comes up, whether you’re proud of an achievement or having a difficult day, or just have a question that won’t wait the week. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays
Accountability
You get regular check-ins and a coach in your corner, so you actually follow through on what matters to you. Every time you do, you collect a little more evidence that you can trust yourself, and that self-trust is what makes the next step easier. If you drop something, we get curious about why instead of adding it to the pile of things to feel bad about.
Time Commitment
This is a minimum six-month commitment, because lasting change takes time to build. It’s not a quick fix, and I won’t pretend it is.
If you're worried about committing to something and not following through: that fear is incredibly common, and it's one of the first things we'll work on together. You don't have to have it all figured out before you start.
We will lay the foundation for long-term success. Over six months, we’ll work through the layers of emotional work, practical strategies, and mindset shifts that will help you finally take control of your life, and work with your ADHD rather than against it. This process isn’t about finding quick hacks, it’s about creating sustainable change so you can feel empowered in every area of your life.
Investment
£3,600 for six months or £700 per month
If cost is a barrier, reach out - we’ll have an honest conversation about what’s possible
Here's what shifts when we work together:
You come home with something left. Not just enough to collapse on the sofa, but enough energy to actually be fully present with those you love
You close the laptop at six. For real. And you're actually there when you get there.
You catch the old patterns before they run the show. The freeze, the spiral, or the 2am replay of all the things you didn’t, should have, or forgot to do. You see them coming and you know what to do instead.
You stop firefighting in your own head and start steering.
You trust yourself again, because you believe the promises that you make to yourself.
You stop performing ‘fine’. You let yourself be capable without the exhausting performance of holding it all together.
The voice in your head gets kinder. Not because you’ve lowered your standards, but because you’ve stopped believing that being mean is the only thing that works.
And yes, you even get more organised. Just in a way that fits your brain, not someone else's system.
What we work on
Everything we do together falls into five areas. We don’t work through them in order. Each week, we focus on whatever matters most right now. But over six months, we’ll make sure every one of them gets the attention it deserves.
Vision
What you actually want, not what you think you should want. Who are you when you’re not stuck in a cycle of overwhelm and doubt? What becomes possible when you finally have room to breathe?
Strategy
The practical plan for getting there, built around how your brain actually works. Not someone else’s system, but experiments, scaffolding and small steps you’ll be able to follow through on.
Skillset
The specific things ADHD makes harder, like starting, prioritising, time, boundaries, and asking for what you need. We build them in ways that fit you.
Mindset
The patterns underneath it all: the self-criticism, the freeze, the performing “fine”. Where they came from, why they’ve stuck around, and how to stop letting them run the show.
Energy
What drains you, what refills you, and what your nervous system needs to feel steady. So you come home with something left.
How it tends to unfold
The first couple of months are about getting the lay of the land and dealing with what’s most urgent. The middle months are where we really untangle the patterns. Towards the end, we build forward and decide together what comes next, whether that’s heading off on your own or continuing to work together.
What to Expect
Most of us have gotten excited about tidying the kitchen, or rearranging the calendar, or starting a new exercise routine.
And then…stopped.
Another how was never going to fix that. So when we work together, we look at what stopped you last time, and who you are underneath the patterns, so the how finally has something to stick to.
Who are you when you’re not in a cycle of overwhelm and doubt? What strengths are you using when you can experience a moment of calm?
What becomes possible when you stop fighting your brain and start working with it?
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely not. If you relate enough to the struggles of ADHD to read this far, you’re in the right place.
-
No. Coaching looks forward. We build practical change in your life. It works well alongside therapy and medical support. I don’t diagnose or give medical advice.
-
This six month programme is fully bespoke, designed to create and facilitate deep personal transformation. Understood is shorter - it’s a three-month programme that is structured and curriculum led, designed to give you a foundational understanding of your brain, body, and motivation. If you’re not sure which is right for you, we can talk it through on our call.
-
Because this programme is entirely one-to-one, we are able to change and adapt as we go along. As long as I have at least 24 hours notice, we can reschedule.
-
Yes. You can pay £700 a month for three months, or £3,600 in full, saving £600.
-
That fear is incredibly common, and it’s one of the first things we’ll work on together. Untangled isn’t built on willpower or new-programme enthusiasm. We meet every week, so there’s always a fixed point to come back to, even on the weeks you don’t feel like you’ve got anything to bring. And because the programme is entirely bespoke, we adapt as you go. If your momentum dips, that’s not failure. It’s often exactly the pattern we need to look at, and it’s where some of the most useful work happens.
-
No. There’s no set curriculum and no homework you’ll fall behind on. Anything we use, whether that’s a tool, a practice or a simple prompt, is chosen or built around your brain and what you’re working on right now. If something doesn’t work for you, we don’t push through it. We get curious about why, and we try something different.
-
Yes. Looking like you’re coping and actually coping are two very different things. If you’re successful and exhausted, this is for you.
My Story
I spent 25 years assuming I was just kind of shit at stuff.
For most of my life, I thought I was the problem. Too lazy to get schoolwork done on time, when everybody around me found it easy, or at least possible. I’d try and start but it never worked. I “just needed to apply myself more”. I never finished a story, and nobody seemed able to follow my train of thought. I dropped out of uni after missing so many classes and assignments that it probably would have taken me another twenty-odd years to graduate. I never managed to stick to a hobby.
Over and over I was told that I was “very bright”, but really should work harder to “live up to my potential”. I eventually accepted that it was all just a personality flaw, and I’d never really amount to anything. Whatever I tried, I was just waiting to be found out.
At 25, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I was relieved, I grieved, and I was a little angry (maybe more than a little) that nobody had noticed it sooner. Everything made sense, but nothing was any easier. I was prescribed medication and sent off on my way. Nobody told me what I was supposed to do next.
Figuring it out alone was hard. Several therapists, a lot of books, a lot of trial and even more error later, I realised that the answer was never finding the right system, or strategy, or easy 10-step routine. It was understanding how my brain worked. Why sitting in front of the TV never left me feeling rested, why I froze the minute I was about to start doing the things I actually wanted to do, why I’d spent most of my life being so damn mean to myself.
Now I know that to feel rested, I need to feel connection. Jumping in water, going to loud gigs, and spending time in community are where I restore my energy. If I want to get started on things, there’s a whole bunch of conditions that my brain needs me to meet. I learned that beating myself up was the only motivator I had. I have better ones now.
The thing that changed was learning how my brain works.
I still have ADHD. I still struggle to get started sometimes, I still lose routines that have supported me and take time to figure out new ones. I still can’t get to the end of a story without a small novel’s worth of tangents. I’m just not at war with my brain anymore. I work with it.
This is why I became a coach, why I trained with ADDCA, one of the world’s leading ADHD coach training organisations, and why I keep learning and developing. This is why I do this work. In all the years I’ve been coaching I’ve seen the same patterns over and again: brilliant, capable people who have spent years believing that something was fundamentally wrong with them, when the thing that they were actually missing was information, and someone in their corner to help them use it.
But no two people’s patterns are the same. Yours have been built and nurtured, for better or worse, over a lifetime, in your own way and for your own reasons. Untangled gives them the time and attention they deserve. Six months of coaching built entirely around you, so you can stop surviving your brain and start steering your life with it.
