WORDS??
Who It’s For
If you recognise yourself in this, whether you have a formal diagnosis or not, or you’ve always just known your brain works differently without anyone putting a name to it.
Maybe you’ve been recently diagnosed and you’re still trying to figure out what that actually means, outside of a clinical context. What it means for your life, your relationships, your work, your sense of who you are.
Perhaps you’ve been surviving on pure willpower and workarounds, probably for years, and now you’re exhausted. You’ve maybe read books, tried systems, picked up and dropped who knows how many habits, hacks, and productivity tricks, and yet the chaos keeps creeping back in. You’re maybe even starting to wonder if anything will ever actually stick.
Maybe you’re someone who appears to be managing fine on the surface, but inside your own head you’re fighting fires non-stop.
My job is to help you figure it all out, all you need to do is just be done surviving.
If you’ve already done significant work on understanding your ADHD, and you’re ready to go deeper into transformational coaching work - my six-month programme might be more suited to you.
If you’re looking for a quick productivity fix, or a new system to try - this programme will change how you see yourself, you may very well leave realising that you weren’t broken to begin with.
What’s Included
3 x 1-hour coaching calls per month
We meet the first three weeks of each month, one session per week, keeping the fourth week as your integration week.
Curriculum Resources
Each week you’ll receive a short resource connected to what we’re exploring. These will not be giant workbooks, spreadsheets, or useless bits of paper to throw away.
Unlimited between session support via email or WhatsApp
Life happens between calls. You can reach me when something comes up, whether you’re proud of an achievement or having a difficult day, or just have a question that won’t wait the week. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays
An integration week every month
The fourth week of every month is yours, without calls or new content. This is space to look at what you’ve taken in and let it settle before we move forward. Very useful for a brain that struggles to pause.
Accountability
You get a thinking partner who understands ADHD from the inside. I was diagnosed at 25, after years of assuming I was just bad at sticking to stuff. I know deeply what it’s like to try and build an entire life around a thing you didn’t even know you had. Alongside years of coaching, and training with ADDCA - one of the leading ADHD coach training organisations, I will support you every step of the way.
Time Commitment
This programme runs for 3 months. Together we explore what makes your brain work (and what stops it in its tracks!)
We’ll meet the first 3 weeks of the month, and then the final week will be an integration week - time to look at what you’ve done and integrate your learnings into your life.
Each week you can expect to commit around two hours - one hour for the call itself, and 1 for exercises, resources, or reflection.
Investment
£1575 for three months or £550 per month
If you complete this programme and want to continue into deeper, more transformational work, the six-month programme is the natural next step. Having this foundation in place means the deeper work moves faster and goes further.
If cost is a barrier, reach out - we’ll have an honest conversation about what’s possible
What to Expect
This programme is a structured, curriculum-led three months. Unlike the six-month programme - which is entirely bespoke and built around you - this one has a clear arc. We start at the beginning and move through it together.
Month 1 - we explore the brain. Why your brain works the way it does. The experience of ADHD, and everything that sits beneath the diagnostic criteria that you were never told about. We explore the emotionality, the sensitivity, the time blindness, the shame and the grief of understanding yourself differently for the first time. We also explore the science behind it - we look at the neuroscience, the hormones, the nervous system and the structural differences in an ADHD brain that can make things so much harder. If you’ve ever assumed that you’re lazy, unreliable, or too much, just know that these were built on missing information. We’ll fill in those gaps this month.
Month 2 - We explore the physical experiences of ADHD. What does rest actually look like for your brain? We both know that lying on the sofa scrolling endlessly is not it. We look at what your energy actually looks like, we explore you sensory needs (whether you’ve been ignoring, suppressing, or apologising for them your whole life). We look at what your nervous system actually needs in order to feel regulated, instead of living life teetering on the edge of overwhelm.
Month 3 - We explore action. This is where things truly start to move. Not through systems but through experiments. We’re not gonna keep on relying on sheer willpower, and instead we’ll learn what it is that actually motivates your specific brain. We’re not just working on sheer willpower, and instead we build a kind of scaffolding that ensures you don’t have to rely on willpower at all. We explore what self compassion actually means in practice, not as a soft concept, but instead as the thing that makes change possible without shame driving the bus.
As we work together, I see the same patterns over and over again in my clients. They stop describing themselves as lazy pieces of shit, unreliable, or just broken. They understand what actually replenishes their energy, and start making decisions based on that. They have language to relate their experience with their loved ones. They recognise the emotional signals before they become reactions. They know what it feels like to keep a promise to themselves.
It’s easy because we don’t just focus on the how. Most of us have gotten excited about tidying the kitchen, or rearranging our calendar, or starting a new exercise routine. But when we work together, we’ll uncover what stopped you from continuing.
I like to focus on the who, not the how.
Who are you with more time? What’s possible when you make time for yourself?
Who are you when you’re not in a cycle of overwhelm and doubt? What strengths are you using when you can experience a moment of calm?
Who are you when you truly understand your beautiful, creative, excited, interested brain? I’ll bet you can accomplish anything.
